Requirements
Minimum 1–2 years of experience in a customer support or client-facing role
Handle incoming inquiries via chat, email, or phone in a professional and friendly manner
Resolve customer issues efficiently, escalating when necessary
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and follow-ups
Strong communication skills in English; additional languages are a plus
Comfortable using CRM systems and support platforms (e.g., Zendesk, Freshdesk)
Ability to work in shifts, including evenings or weekends, if required
