  • Minimum 1–2 years of experience in a customer support or client-facing role

  • Handle incoming inquiries via chat, email, or phone in a professional and friendly manner

  • Resolve customer issues efficiently, escalating when necessary

  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and follow-ups

  • Strong communication skills in English; additional languages are a plus

  • Comfortable using CRM systems and support platforms (e.g., Zendesk, Freshdesk)

  • Ability to work in shifts, including evenings or weekends, if required
